Our rod holders features our exclusive posi-lock action that allows 212 degrees of motion forward and backwards, and our lift and rotate that allows 360 degrees of movement, locking every 15 degrees. All of our rod holders are 100% built in the USA using military grade aluminum and stainless materials.

Warranty & Repair Policy

Deepwater Outdoors provides a limited 3 year warranty on all products, guaranteeing they are free from defects in workmanship and materials when used under normal operating conditions and according to specified guidelines.

We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective product. To initiate a claim, the defective product must be shipped to Deepwater Outdoors with freight prepaid. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not cover any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages or expenses.

This warranty does not cover products damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, modification, or disassembly
Eligibility: Items must be purchased directly from DeepWater Outdoors. Direct returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for items bought from other sellers—please contact them directly.

Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please call, thank you.

Condition: Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.

Fees: A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact Customer Support within 5 days for assistance. Defective items will be exchanged if reported within this period. Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and report any damages within 5 days. Retain the packaging and materials for damaged goods for claims, as failure to do so may result in denial of claim by UPS.

Refunds: Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned items. Returns without the required form or made after 30 days will not be refunded.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
